At Elite Glam Society Hair, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• The wig must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Lace must not be cut
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All tags and accessories must be included
For hygiene and safety reasons, any wig that has been worn, styled, washed, cut, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
To request a return, please contact us at support@egshair.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@egshair.com. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
